Your Purpose and Impact:

You are the operational nerve centre between our suppliers, warehouses, and customers. You own the daily flow of orders, stock, and shipments across all channels — making sure things move, exceptions are caught early, and the right people are always in the loop. In a team that moves fast and holds high standards, your precision and proactivity are what protect our delivery promise.

Some of the things you’ll do:

• Manage B2B order processing end-to-end in Business Central — from receipt to confirmed dispatch

• Track shipments across all order flows and proactively flag exceptions or fulfilment delays to relevant stakeholders

• Keep a daily operational dialogue with our warehouses — stay on top of what's happening on the floor and communicate any impact on operations to internal teams

• Monitor stock levels and oversee inbounds arriving to the warehouse

• Manage stock in Business Central — adjustments, assembly orders, transfer orders, and returns

• Attest and follow up invoices on warehouse and last-mile services

• Report Intrastat, packaging declaration, and climate compensation on a regular basis

• Compile supply-related documentation for quarterly VAT declarations

• Support KPI compilation and actively contribute to automation and improvement projects across the team

What we are looking for

You don’t need to tick every box, but here are some things that will help you succeed in this role:

• A natural problem-solver who moves fast, removes blockers, and doesn't wait to be told something is broken

• Detail-oriented with high standards for your own output — you'd rather take five extra minutes to get it right than send something half-baked

• Curious about systems and how things work — you naturally look for ways to make processes better and more efficient

• Analytical and data-driven: comfortable with numbers and quick to spot what's off

• Able to prioritise under pressure without losing accuracy

• Recent graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or similar — or equivalent experience through internships in a relevant field

• Solid Excel / Google Sheets skills

• ERP experience is a plus; Business Central knowledge is a bonus

• Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus
