Your purpose & impact:
The Sales Support Coordinator will play a pivotal role in our sales team, providing essential administrative and operational support. Key responsibilities include setting up retailer accounts, managing product information and images, conducting sales analysis, and assisting in the preparation of sales materials and presentations. Additionally, the coordinator will maintain accurate records of sales activities and support the creation of briefs.
Some of the things you’ll do:
Retailer Account Setup & Maintenance: Establish and maintain retailer accounts, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded.
Product Information Management: Enter and update product information, including descriptions, specifications, and images.
Sales Analysis: Conduct sales data analysis to identify trends, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for the sales team.
Preparation of Sales Materials: Assist in the creation and distribution of sales materials
Presentation Support: Support the sales team in preparing for client presentations, ensuring all materials are accurate and professionally presented.
Record Maintenance: Maintain precise and up-to-date records of sales activities and sales metrics.
Brief Creation: Aid in the creation of briefs for marketing campaigns, product launches, and sales strategies.
Customer Communication: Handle communication with customers to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues promptly.
Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products & samples, both internally and externally.
Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties and assisting with other tasks as needed to support the sales team.
Skills and experiences important for this role:
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Time Management: Efficient in managing their own time and that of the sales team, ensuring deadlines are met and sales cycles are optimised.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse sales data, generate reports, and provide insights to improve sales strategies and performance.
Adaptable: Able to adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions, thriving in an environment where flexibility is essential.
Education & credentials:
University Degree, masters degree is a plus.
