Your purpose & impact:
As our People & Performance Lead, you will shape a seamless, engaging, and high-performing employee experience across Estrid. You’ll ensure that our People processes, tools, and structures support a values-driven culture and empower teams to thrive. By owning the full employee lifecycle - from attraction and onboarding to development, support, and offboarding - you will play a central role in driving organisational growth, operational excellence, and employee engagement. You will be based in our centrally located Stockholm office.
This is a fixed-term position until January 2027 (maternity cover).
Some of the things you’ll do:
Own the full employee lifecycle: attraction, onboarding, development, support, and offboarding.
Manage end-to-end hiring processes for all roles.
Develop, execute, and follow up on activities within our annual HR calendar.
Ensure HR compliance and stay up to date with market trends.
Partner with leaders to support teams and drive performance.
Maintain HRIS (HiBob), people data, and people administration.
Plan, promote, and execute initiatives that enhance culture, wellbeing, and employee experience.
Manage office operations and vendor relationships, including budget responsibility.
Own and drive annual salary review and compensation cycles.
Skills and experiences important for this role:
5+ years of proven experience in People Operations/HR, with end-to-end ownership of core People processes in a growing organisation.
Hands-on experience leading annual salary review and compensation cycles, including preparation, benchmarking, stakeholder alignment, and execution.
Strong understanding of HR compliance and employment practices, with the confidence to stay current and apply changes in a practical way.
A problem solver who simplifies processes and removes obstacles.
Structured, methodical, and confident in decision-making.
Strong understanding of how to drive behavioural and cultural change.
Excellent communicator and relationship-builder with a strong sense of ownership.
