To power this next phase of growth and continue to build our presence throughout Europe through influencer marketing, we are seeking a Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team in Stockholm.
Your purpose & impact:
The Influencer Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end influencer campaigns, from identifying potential partners to analyzing post-campaign data. Your keen eye for talent and strong negotiation skills will be key as you build relationships with new influencers, negotiate contracts, and ideate holistic campaigns.

Some of the things you’ll do:
Campaign Management: End-to-end management of influencer campaigns, from scouting, reach-out and negotiation with profiles to managing relationships and post-campaign performance analysis.
Scouting New Talent: Identifying high-performing commercial influencers/creators Estrid hasn’t collaborated with before, and building relationships with them.
Negotiation: Handling negotiations with agents/influencers and ensuring consistent cost efficiency by incorporating historical data for existing influencers. Accurately estimating conversions for new influencers through demographic and profile stat info to aid in negotiating with new talent.
Talent Identification: Exploring new influencer niches and working with an inclusive and diverse set of individuals for commercially viable partnerships that reflect Estrid’s core values.
Reporting: Post-campaign analysis of KPIs and re-negotiation or budget optimization based on reporting.
Briefing: Segmenting influencers based on their niche and briefing them on the specific USPs that would resonate, creating and sharing briefs with influencers to resonate with their audience and maximize their conversion potential.
UGC Management: Handling outreach and negotiations to support the Paid Social team with content needs.
Benchmarking: Benchmarking key competitors and other inspiring brands to identify talent, content trends, and new promotional opportunities.
Skills and experiences important for this role:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing is a plus.
Proficient in Excel with strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Great understanding of different Social Media platforms like Meta, Youtube, Tiktok and Snapchat.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Additional Information:
On-site presence 4 days a week in the Stockholm office is required for effective collaboration within the team and cross-functional teams and real-time campaign management.
