To power this next phase of growth and continue to build our presence throughout Europe through retail partnerships, we are seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to join our team in either London or Stockholm.
Your purpose & impact:
As a Senior Key Account Manager for the Nordics market you will be responsible for driving revenue, developing and implementing effective strategic plans, increasing market share and building and maintaining key relationships. You will be the main point of contact for the retailers in their specific region.
Some of the things you’ll do:
Identify new opportunities in the market to build on distribution.
Manage the P&L for each retailer, balancing investment with top-line opportunity.
Build and deliver against an annual sales target, using product innovation, new distribution, retail trends to build your sales plan.
Responsible for driving the net revenue.
Assessing risks and opportunities with initiatives and setting up business cases.
Managing forecasting for new products and core products.
Drive new product launches.
Lead JBPs and quarterly business review meetings.
Present business results and commercial plans internally.
Multifunctional working with close collaboration with B2B team.
Skills and experiences important for this role:
5+ years relevant work experience within Key Account Management, preferably within FMCG.
University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any other relevant field.
Experience within managing grocery accounts with the markets.
Experience in driving expansion within the Nordic region.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Fluency in English is required, Swedish language skills are a big plus.
Analytical with a strategic mindset.
Proficient in Google Suite.
Great presentation skills.
Business-driven and entrepreneurial mindset.
Strong interpersonal skills who likes networking.
