Your purpose & impact:
As the Supply Chain B2B Operations Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring smooth and efficient operations between our external warehouses, our team, and retail partners. You’ll manage the dialogue with our warehouse teams and retailers, coordinating efforts within and beyond the supply chain team. In this role, you’ll not only ensure a seamless product flow but also take ownership of enhancing and developing our operational processes, driving continuous improvements to support our rapid growth and uphold our commitment to exceptional service.
Some of the things you’ll do:
Own and oversee the end-to-end operational flow, from order placement to final delivery, maintaining a big-picture view to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a daily dialogue with our warehouses and transport team to stay updated on current operations and anticipate potential disruptions.
Flag internally to relevant internal stakeholders when operations will have an impact on order fulfillment or deliveries to retailers.
Monitor demand at the warehouse level to support daily planning and efficient resource allocation.
Communicate operational status and deviations with retailers, covering ongoing and upcoming orders as well as any potential claims.
Conduct deep dives and root cause analysis to understand deviations and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
Track key KPIs for both warehouse and outbound performance, ensuring targets are met.
Drive and implement B2B operational projects, especially in areas such as tech/systems improvements and process enhancements.
Launch preparations of new retailers to secure operational readiness and alignment.
Skills and experiences important for this role:
2+ years of experience in a similar role, coordinating external warehouse operations and outbound transport while managing complex internal and external requirements
High collaborative ability to work with multiple stakeholders, driving cross-functional consensus and achieving impactful results.
A natural problem solver, skilled at removing obstacles and simplifying complex processes.
Motivated learner, asking insightful questions and fully embracing the fast-paced, dynamic environment we thrive in.
Analytical and data-driven, with a hypothesis-oriented approach to challenges.
Detail-oriented, delivering high-quality results with a focus on precision.
Strong understanding of information flows and data structures; preferred knowledge of IT systems that support supply chain processes, especially for inbound logistics.
