We are currently looking for a talented Customer Experience Agent with a primary focus on customer satisfaction and growing Estrid's community in France. 🇫🇷This is an exciting role, since you will oversee and improve all our communication to the French market!


As a member of this highly growth-centred team in Stockholm, your primary objective at this stage of our journey will be to spread the Estrid message and build our French community through great support and communication. In the role as a Customer Experience Agent, you will be the natural and important link between Estrid and our community of customers and influencers, primarily in France, throughout various channels (help-desksocial media, chat). You'll also help out with smaller translations and marketing related tasks.

To thrive in the role, we believe that you are flexiblecommunicativecreativeself-sufficient and like to work in teams. You have a solution-oriented strategy, like to have responsibility and to get things done.



  • A natural problem solver, constantly removing obstacles and simplifying things.
  • You are an emoji expert! 🛁👋
  • A great communicator both written and oral in French and English.
  • You love social media (lets be friends! @heyestrid). 
  • You are a multitasker that likes to get things done.
  • Highly ambitious and driven.
  • Passionate about your job and enjoy a fast paced, dynamic working environment.
  • Analytical with great organizational skills.
  • Someone that gets things done quickly and appreciates the importance of speed.
  • Swedish is a big plus but not mandatory

You will play an important role in taking Estrid to the next level, so you should desire to go above and beyond to produce the best work results.
