As Country Manager France you will have the unique opportunity to break new grounds for Estrid! You will be our first set of eyes and ears on the French market. You will have the overall responsibility to help us develop, promote and strategically grow the Estrid community in France, with a clear mission to move mountains!
What you will do
Estrid has built up a reputation as a groundbreaking, liberating, norm-smashing, female-first razor brand and you will be responsible for spreading the word even further. As the first “Estrider” on the French scene, you will be responsible for setting the foundation for our future team and the creation of a region-specific strategy as well as execution of Estrids go-to-market plans.
You will be involved in all our processes and get a 360°-view on how a D2C company works. You will scout the market, recruit your team and carry out our mission to millions. You will work both strategically and hands-on with the whole customer journey, from identifying our customers, their needs, to offering solutions and the best Estrid- experience possible!

We are looking for you who is a confident leader with an insight and genuine passion for building the brands of the future. You have experience in leading a team towards business growth. To deliver results is a natural part of your professionalism, and you do it while adjusting to the culture and values that prevail both among our customers and within the company. We are looking for a leader with high integrity and capability of leading both people and business towards a new strategic level and act as a spokesperson within female- first brands.
We think that you have:
- Relevant experience (min. 5 years) in general management within FMCG or similar
- Great insight and knowledge of the French market regarding regulations, operation processes and customer behavior etc.
- Outstanding management skills and the ability to build a team with a strong focus on creating accelerated and profitable growth
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to drive business performance and strategic development initiatives
- A strong drive for development and are highly result focused
- The ability to think both analytically and creatively. Can zoom in as well as think about the big picture, especially when it comes to operations and how it affects the organisation and customer
