Your purpose & impact:
As Frontend Developer, you will be a key player in the building of a strong Tech team with high-quality output and create a culture of innovation and playfulness. You will, together with the team, own the responsibility for the design and development of new functionality spanning multiple projects using the latest technology to ensure that our goals and targets are constantly over-achieved and that we remain on track to developing one of the world’s most impactful brand-building organizations, ever.

Some of the things you’ll do:

• Actively contribute to the development and optimization of our frontend architecture

• Architect and implement high-quality, maintainable, documented and testable code, elevating the standard for our codebase

• Work together with designers, engineers, and product managers to build the best possible user experience

• Continuously improve the quality of the codebase, always keeping in mind up-to-date best practices for a safe, scalable, and reliable platform

• Provide constructive code reviews to support our development team's continuous improvement

• Conduct thorough code reviews, offering constructive feedback to ensure feature quality and contribute to overall team enhancement

• Help shape our tech future by using your strategic skills to foresee and handle risks, ensuring our technical setup is strong and forward-thinking

Your skills and experiences: 

• You have 3+ years of professional experience in Frontend Development

• You have worked building and maintaining production apps using JS frameworks, including React and Vue.js
  

• You possess a deep, practical knowledge of TypeScript, applying it to enforce type safety and enhance code quality across complex projects

• You have a robust understanding of both Web and Node APIs, embodying the best practices of core JavaScript, semantic HTML, and modern CSS frameworks

• You have experience in working with an agile development methodology

• You make quick, pragmatic decisions to foster progress over perfection

• Your background ideally includes working with Next.js/Nuxt.js and managing content with headless CMS platforms like Storyblok, demonstrating your versatility and adaptability

• Enjoy coaching other developers in technical aspects

• It is a plus if you have experience or interest in UX and A/B testing

• Have experience working within e-commerce (or are open to learning from us!)

• You are fluent in English
