Your purpose & impact:
As Accountant & Payroll Specialist you will be at the heart of our financial activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial transactions. You will be collaborating with colleagues both within the finance team as well as cross-functionally both locally and cross-border.

Some of the things you’ll do:

• Prepare and process accounts receivable transactions for our Wholesale channel
• Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
• From time to time assist in the preparation of financial reports for management and external stakeholders
• Process payroll accurately and timely for employees, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations
• Calculate and track employee benefits, deductions, and reimbursements
• Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve any discrepancies

Skills and experiences important for this role:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and payroll roles
• Proficiency in accounting software, preferably Business Central (ERP) and Fortnox (salaries)
• Proven track record of working with VAT reporting and related processes in an international company
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, taxation, and labor laws in Sweden, UK and Germany
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
