Your purpose & impact:
As a Digital Marketing Data Analyst, you will be a key player helping drive the effectiveness and growth of Estrid’s marketing engine. You will partner with all marketing channels including influencer marketing, display, search, and CRM, to ensure granular tracking of key performance indicators, hypothesize and measure multivariate tests, and help monitor and improve marketing performance.
You will synthesize actionable insights from large complex data sets across marketing, finance, and customer behavior data to ensure that our goals and targets are constantly over-achieved and that we remain on track as we continue developing one of the world’s most impactful brand-building organizations, ever.
Some of the things you’ll do:
Enable effective decision-making: Move beyond compiling data by combining the right visuals and statistics to tell the correct narrative and enrich teams with actionable information.
Partner with other data analysts, software engineers, and data engineers to build analytical solutions to deliver on business and customer goals
Perform deep dives to find the root causes behind variances in key parameters over a given time period.
Design, test, and analyze experiments in an iterative continuous improvement process.
Skills and experiences important for this role:
3+ years of data analyst experience and a SQL rockstar preferably experienced with Google BigQuery, Google Analytics 4 event export, and working knowledge of DBT.
Minimum 2 years of experience working with large-scale marketing datasets, KPIs, attribution, and incrementality testing.
You are an expert in using various analysis techniques, such as linear and logistic regression, significance testing, and statistical modeling.
Capable of providing actionable insights, you don’t just push data around, you recommend what to do with it.
You understand the tradeoffs between the perfect solution and a working solution.
Experience working with cloud platforms, like GCP
Experience working with BI tools for visualization
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferably has an advanced degree in an analytics field
Fluent in English
