Your purpose & impact:
As our Supply Chain Coordinator for Purchasing & Inbound you will play a key role in making sure the operational flow from our suppliers into our warehouses runs smoothly. You will be responsible for order placement and the daily dialogue with the suppliers and coordinate internally within and outside the Supply Chain team to make sure we get the right products ordered and delivered in the best possible way.
You will also work closely with our product development team to handle improvements of our products. This role is critical to us in order to make sure we can deliver on our customer promise while continuing to grow at record speed.
Some of the things you’ll do:
Place purchase orders and keep a continuous dialogue with our suppliers to be up to date on progress and potential disruptions, as well as informing relevant internal stakeholders
Handle shipment quotes and monitor inbound shipments to our warehouses
Follow up and attestate invoices from suppliers and inbound transport
KPI tracking - Purchase & Inbound
Coordinate product development with existing key suppliers
Drive improvement projects together with our suppliers and/or internal stakeholders, in areas such as tech/systems
Contribute to continuous optimization of our end to end supply chain
Your skills and experiences:
Approx. 2-3 years previous experience in similar role of coordinating purchases and inbounds and from international supplier relationships
Bachelor's degree within Supply Chain or equivalent with a record of high academic achievement
Excellent ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive cross-functional consensus and results
A natural problem solver, constantly removing obstacles and simplifying things
Rigorously detail-oriented and produces exceptional deliverables
High understanding of information flows and data structures and preferred knowledge of IT systems to support the supply chain processes inbound, including order management/ transport and ERP software (Microsoft Business Central knowledge is an advantage)
Ability to manipulate data and insights to make recommendations. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required (SQL, Big Query & Holistics BI knowledge is an advantage)
