Your purpose & impact:
As CRM and Loyalty specialist, you will be a key player in driving the success of Estrid’s CRM function and be part of our E-com team. Your main responsibility will be to plan and execute on campaigns with the main goals of revenue and retention. You will set and drive Estrid Customer loyalty program to increase retention, decrease churn and improve the overall value for our customers. Your analytical skills will help you find low hanging fruits and great opportunities for the team to execute on.
Some of the things you’ll do:
Develop amazing strategies for segmentation, automation, and optimization and create projections that will keep our retention numbers sky high
Explore and manage all channels and communication activities within the CRM in all our markets (email, SMS, push and post)
Be a key stakeholder for our CRM systems, including evaluating current as well as scout new possible tools
Ensure effective end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns to meet set targets and KPIs
Ensure personalization and dynamic content for all parts of the campaigns across multiple channels
Understand metrics of success for campaigns and evaluate based on those with broader business context in mind; work in iterations, taking learnings via batch testing
Continuously analyze and monitor flows to reach improved Retention Rate, Churn Rate, AOV, Engagement Rate, NPS
Strategy for A/B testing email/SMS to achieve identified business objectives
Constantly look for ways to better understand the customers needs and desires, in order to improve communication and flows
Work closely with other departments in the organization (e.g. Brand and Customer Experience) to make sure every customer touchpoint is cohesive
Your skills and experiences:
- You have +2 years of relevant work experience within CRM / Retention
Experience from a subscription based company is highly desirable
Customer loyalty program background
Strong sense of branding and communication
Analytical and technical profile with a strategic mindset
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Experience using CRM software
Experience in marketing automation tools
Fluent in English
