Your purpose & impact:
Estrid is looking for data- and marketing-driven Senior Performance Marketing Specialists to join our Growth team. As Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our products are the top choice of the majority of people living in a target region, and create an exceptional customer experience from discovery to engagement.
The Senior Performance Marketing Specialist is an expert across performance marketing areas, with deep knowledge of paid social and/or SEM/PPC, and with extensive experience in leading and executing in multiple accounts (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.), delivering excellent growth results and high impact from budget spend.
We believe you have a passion for performance marketing, MarTech, analytics, and are well-versed in causal measurement; A/B testing, MTA (multi-touch attribution), MMM (Marketing Mix Modelling), GEO experiments, and others to take corrective actions based on evidence.
You report directly to the Director of Digital Growth and you’ll be responsible for driving the P&L from a media spend perspective to ensure that our goals and targets are constantly over-achieved and that our user base grows at hyperspeed with maximum efficiency. 🚀
Some of the things you’ll do:
Ensuring proper tracking, analysis and reporting, as well as best possible spend optimisation
Reconcile company’s attribution model with platform specific data to hit company targets
Running incrementality tests to understand impact of certain types of campaigns, spend, channels etc.
Designing, managing and executing the user acquisition campaigns across paid media channels (Facebook, Google, Paid Social, Search, Display, Ad Networks)
Monitoring the performance and continuously optimising the campaigns based on a data-driven approach and learnings from multiple A/B tests (bid strategies, account structure, campaigns)
Managing performance and post-campaign analysis reporting
Participating in full-cycle creative production and providing data-driven decisions about further creative development
Working with the E-com and Creative teams to ensure consistent customer journey from discovery to session to conversion
Allocate proper spending across all performance channels, continuously working on enhancing the ROI
Developing ads with clear USPs (able to draft copy and write clear briefs) with keen attention to detail, taking on an iterative approach together with Creative team
Analysis and documentation of top performing copy on Google, Meta and other performance channels
We hope you check these boxes:
- 5+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing with deep knowledge of paid social and/or SEM/PPC, in a high-growth startup environment
Write and understand SQL
Track record of running both Meta and Google
- Documented experience in:
Certifications in Google Analytics and Facebook Blueprint is desirable
Experience with PM attribution both on desktop and mobile websites
In-depth knowledge of performance campaign execution with special focus on: Google and Facebook ecosystem, programmatic platforms, ad networks, affiliate networks and SEO with proven track record of successfully executed campaigns
- A data-driven individual with very good understanding of digital data analytics, incl.
Great ability of breaking complex problems into smaller ones
You think deeply about the numbers and draw grounded, data-driven, logical conclusions. You evaluate your work and work in iterations.
