Your purpose & impact:
As our Supply Chain Coordinator you will play a key role in making sure the operational flow between our external warehouse, us and our customers both D2C and B2B runs smoothly. You will be responsible for the daily dialogue with the warehouse and coordinate internally within and outside the supply chain team to make sure the product flows run as efficiently as possible. This role is critical to us in order to make sure we can deliver on our customer promise while continuing to grow at record speed.

Some of the things you'll do:  

• Keep a daily dialogue with our warehouses to be up to date on current operations and potential disruptions. Flag internally to relevant internal stakeholders when WH operations will have an impact on customer promise

• Monitor demand on warehouse to communicate for daily planning

• Oversee inbounds arriving to the warehouse

• Work closely with customer service to capture reasons related to delivery service on tickets coming in from our customers.

• Follow up and attestate invoices on warehouse and last mile services

• Deep dives and root cause analysis to understand issues and help find solutions to prevent them from occuring again

• KPI tracking - warehouse and outbound KPIs

• Assist in supply chain related improvement projects, in areas such as tech/systems
  

Skills and experiences important for this role:  

• Previous experience in similar role of coordinating external warehouse operations with internal needs and customer feedback

• Bachelor's degree within Supply Chain or equivalent with a record of high academic achievement

• Experience in an e-commerce company or similar

• A natural problem solver, constantly removing obstacles and simplifying things

• Motivated to learn; asks insightful questions and fully embraces working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Analytical; data and hypothesis driven

• Rigorously detail-oriented and produces exceptional deliverables

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required

• Experience using demand planning and ERP software (BC knowledge is an advantage)

• Ability to manipulate data and insights to make recommendations (SQL knowledge is an advantage)
