Estrid is growing at a rapid pace and we’re now looking for a high-performing and ambitious Customer success specialist to join our team in Stockholm. We have spent the past 2,5 years building an amazing community and team and we’re now one of the fastest scaling start-ups in Europe, soon launching new products and brands.
Your purpose & impact:
As our Customer Success Specialist you will be responsible for optimizing routines connected to customer experience, retention and conversion on the website. You will be working closely with all departments in the organisation, mainly the Customer Experience, E-com, and Data team.
Your main purpose is to drive and enable retention, conversion and acquisition strategies for the company. You do so by following up on and analyzing customer related data, optimizing efficiency of the Customer Experience team as well as structure, define and implement labels/tags for all customer tickets.
Some of the things you’ll do:
- Be the Product Owner for the Help Center, which includes being responsible for content and articles and analyzing user behavior in Google Analytics and Zendesk
- Work closely with the E-Com team in setting up web triggers
- Be responsible for definition, strategy and implementation of the future AI Chat Bot
- Analyze agent data and create monthly reports to optimize way-of-work
We think that you are:
To thrive in this position we believe you are passionate about customer experience, customer success (retention, conversion) and effectiveness and that you enjoy a fast-paced, dynamic working environment. You are a data driven person with an analytical mindset that loves digging into details and finding the best solutions and strategies. We think that you have worked with triggers and AI chat bots in the past and have at least two years experience in a similar role.
